Misdiagnosed is probably the first book focused on one state’s Healthcare Delivery System (South Carolina where I live).  This, my second book, was first published the year that Nikki Haley was elected as governor of South Carolina and is the basis of my offer to her to provide a detailed picture of our state’s Healthcare Delivery System.  Unfortunately I was only given 10 minutes of her time and she never got back to me to seek further information.  Thus, a possible opportunity to make healthcare history was never given thoughtful consideration.  Additional errors in judgement regarding the South Carolina Healthcare System during her 6 year term as Governor provides evidence of similar shortcomings that can be found in every state.
